The emphasis on sustainable tourism has been an ongoing solution, focusing on minimizing environmental damage. For instance, Thailand adopted practices like closing beaches to restore nature, especially after the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel industry has implemented policies such as reducing bed linen and towel replacements to save water and shifting from buffet lines to minimize food waste. However, these measures might not be enough, leading to the emergence of the concept of \u201cregenerative tourism.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

As always emphasized by SB Thailand, the principle of regeneration revolves around taking proactive actions that yield positive outcomes.
